Acceptance and Applicability of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply solely to residents of Bangladesh who are legally 18 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. 243 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Registration is open to Bangladesh residents aged 18 and above only.
- Each individual may operate one account only.
- Compliance with applicable Bangladeshi laws when using the platform is mandatory.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When creating an account on 243, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or incomplete details may result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Using another person's account credentials or transferring your account to someone else is strictly prohibited.
Your Responsibilities as a User
- Engaging in any fraudulent or unlawful activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Do not attempt to hack or manipulate the system.
- Do not harass or harm other users.
- Do not exploit any platform bugs or errors dishonestly — report them immediately instead.
- Do not use software or bots to automate gameplay.
Payments, Transactions & BDT Policy
All financial transactions on 243 are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions through third-party accounts are not permitted — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be accepted. Withdrawals related to bonuses require the applicable wagering conditions to be met first.
If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical error, 243 reserves the right to recover those funds. If fraudulent transactions are identified, all balances in the associated account may be confiscated.
